Official Terms and Conditions

Truthly, Inc. (“Truthly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is offering a limited promotional incentive to eligible new subscribers. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

1. Promotion Overview

During the Promotion Period (defined below), eligible participants who purchase an annual Truthly subscription for $40 USD will receive a $40 gift card as a promotional reward.

The gift card is provided as a separate promotional incentive and does not constitute a rebate, refund, or discount on the subscription price.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion is valid only for subscriptions purchased between March 6, 2026 and May 24, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Subscriptions purchased outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for the promotional reward.

Truthly reserves the right to end, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for this promotion, participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Be a new Truthly subscriber, meaning a person who has not previously purchased a Truthly subscription or held an active subscription within the past 12 months
• Purchase a full annual Truthly subscription at the advertised price during the Promotion Period
• Provide a valid email address associated with their Truthly account

This promotion is limited to one reward per person, per household, per payment method, and per device, unless otherwise determined by Truthly in its sole discretion.

Truthly reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
